New XP Tables

In the next hotfix, xp rewards for mobs over level 30 will be increased. The basic breakdown is this:
Mobs 30 - 39 will be worth 1.5x current xp.
Mobs 40 - 59 will be worth 2x current xp.
Mobs 60 - 69 will be worth 2.5x current xp.
Mobs 70+ will be worth 3x current xp.
