CTF Practice Battle with TRGA

At the RID guild meeting, I got RID familiar with all the rules of engagement.

Also Issele, is it alright if I add a rule, "No killing anyone under CL74 unless you yourself are a lower level than your enemy?" For example, if a CL34 sees a CL60, that CL34 would be able to open fire if he felt like it.

Also, next Saturday I'd like the CTF game with TRGA arranged. Perhaps the day after that we could initiate war.
