Fort Serenity merging with Fort Ironwolf

In order to make things simpler, the mayor of Fort Serenity, Lok, volunteered to have that city merge with Fort Ironwolf to help it advance. Since it has proved difficult to maintain too many cities, we will concentrate on Fort Ironwold like I have said in previous posts. Also, anyone who has a newly created alternate character, should seek citizenship in Ft Ironwolf.

If it's population doubles, we can hope to have it advance to level 3 or 4. Thus registering it on the planetary nav map (making requests to join that city greater), and if lucky, have the chance to give the city a shuttleport.
