I don't know what tools you have as a guild leader, but we can set the MOTD. There is a description section that I can't set. We have a recruit rank, member, and lieutenant rank under the officer ranks. I'm not sure if you change the names of the ranks, or if you can limit access to certain ranks. I guess you'll have to get online and see.
Oh and I guess the game is letting me play without the registration key. It must be a grace period for those of us who are waiting for our physical copies in the mail. Not that I've had much time in the last few days to play.
