It's either EQ or EQ2, one of them at least. Where they sell in game items for real life money. Went over well over at SOE, so I can see them putting it in future games to eliminate subscription fees.

are you sure? I know for sure it wasn't eq1. And my brother played EQ2 for a long time and after I mentioned this new system of payment he went on a long rant about what a stupid idea it was so I don't think he would play EQ2 if that how it went.

If it's not the EQ's, then it's one of Sony's other MMO's. But, I'm pretty sure it was EQII. I might have to go search the Gamespot web site to find the articles about it.

Anyone else hear about the rumor of a pre-CU rollback? Its a major topic on the SWG forums, but some people say that theyll just be adding alot into publish 27 or something...

I do remember all that, and I miss it dearly.

They aren't bringing back pre-CU, as much asi wnat it.

They should have made some servers CU and some pre-CU. Would have had some pretty pissed off people, but would have been better than the state the game is in now (well, I think so at least).

Still, it sounds like they need to merge some servers.

I am thinking about deactivating my acount. Not simply becuase I never plan to return to this game, but I do not enjoy playing it in the state it currently is in. After they make soem serious fixes, maybe we shall see. For now, I will hold out to pub 27 then decide.
