Definitely not General Grevious as he has four arms. I would also venture a guess and say Grevious dies in Epidose III as Vader would be his (and Dooku's) bad @$$ replacement. Looks like it might be one of Grevious' bodyguards. I'd have to flip through the Republic Commando screenshots to do a comparison though. If it isn't a body guard, I'd say some type of droid assassin perhaps or maybe some mechanical leftover from the Clone Wars. I mean, there are Droidekas in-game.

Here are a couple photos of Grevious' Guard for comparison. The first is of what is believed to be Grevious' Guard from the Episode III trailor. The second is another screenshot of one of his guards, but from the game Republic Commando. Even with these two photos it is hard to tell.
I did notice something interesting though. While watching the Episode III trailer, there is a scene where Obi-wan is fighting the General. It is a shot where the General has his back right side to the camera. What is interesting is that his body plates seem to match what is in the screenshot Xan directed us to. Then again, the body plates seem similar (though it is hard to match) to what is in the photos of the guards I am posting.

Yeah, forgot about that. Even still, seems a bit silly that you would actually be able to fight one of the game's heroes. That would be like fighting Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker in-game.
I'm still thinking it is one of his bodyguards. The body plates for the General and his bodyguards are quite similar (if not identical). The only difference appears to be in the head/face.
I have seen a good picture from Celebration III where they had a statue of the General on display. Now if only I could find that pic, then we could do some more comparisons.

Oh, and here is a pic of a Princess Leia from Celebration III. While she doesn't completely capture Carrie Fisher's portrayal of Leia, this girl really does bring something unique to the character...

In case you are wondering, I found all of these pics on the SWG forums at the address below. There are some pretty cool pics in there. Aside from the thongless Princess Leia w/tanlines, there are a couple of pics of the Vader Viper. Talk about my dream car... not only is it a Dodge Viper, but it has a kick @$$ Darth Vader paint job on it.
