A Message from General Bizob

Greetings soldiers of RID,

For those of you who don't I have recently been appointed Combat Commander of RID. This means I am in charge of the Combat division. I have alot of plans for what I feel is the most important division in the guild ( no offence to our non-combat comrads - we couldnt do it without your support and we know it!).

Please be patient with me for the next few weeks. I am currently heavily involved in planning the party and jeapordy event to celebrate RIDs 1 year anniversary. After that I will be planning some combat events for us. We will probably start with some raids on rebel bases, hunting trips and things like that. We will also be having some in-guild duelling tournaments. This will allow us all to test our skills in PvP and share some tips and tricks with each other. It will also give me and the squad leaders an idea of our strenghts and weaknesses, allowing us to come up with better strategies. Eventually we will be doing some mission based activities. I would like for us to do things like the Corillian Corvette and DeathWatch Bunker as well. Jedi hunting is also a definate possibility. It will be some time before these formal events take place. I want to get past the party first.

In the meantime, my loyal soldiers, I have your first official order. All soldiers are to focus on training up in thier chosen proffesions ASAP. I want all of you to get to master (or max out your template if your mixing proffesions) as soon as possible. Thats right soldier -- GET GRINDING!!
Also, it would be a good idea to start stockpiling some supplies (if you got the cash) such as weapons, powerups, armor, armor attachments, food and drink. Dont forget to get ur weapons and armor sliced and reapaired.

I have many plans for this division and I think you will enjoy them. We WILL be known throughout the galaxy (and SWG universe) as THE Rebel eliminating guild!! More information and orders will follow soon so keep checking in on the forums.
