Operation Clean Sweep.

I recently sent out a game mail to the guild requesting voluntiers to form a BB team.

I understand it may be difficult for RID to take this on fully by ourselves, so i think we should also include some other guilds, this would help to provide a more unified Imperial force going forward.

The reason for this is a possible work around to the AI/EE disagrement, as well as regaining a more favorable imperial presence on all the worlds especialy Naboo, it is far too rebel controlled for anyones liking.

Eventualy I would like to see multiple teams of BB, so say that team A is made up of People who are normaly on certain nights of the week, and Team B is on primarily on the opposite nights, as well as a Team C, who spot fills for A/B and or does sequential Base busting.

So far i am Looking for smuggler, bounty hunter, commando, and officer. and perhaps a support team of 2-3 others to help with clearing the base for the team.

Yeah we shouldn't have trouble fielding a commando, officer, and perhaps even BH and a medic, but we may need to depend on others for a smuggler.

I am of course an officer and can help to slice the bases.

And I agree, if we get more solid teams to do this it will make things much easier. Destroying actual world bases is something we should try to do more often.

I am a medic currently, have been passively contemplated going jedi again, but that passes and goes.

Currently Allasar has expressed interest, casus i think his name is did as well, but more as an inquery. So we have half a team for the most part.

Maybe Kari'/Xenophor can help too if he's going to be playing more actively. He checked online today and has a CL 90 smuggler.

Well does anybody here have the know on the terminals and what profession goes first?

If not here is a quick run down:

1. BH has to slice the communication terminal. (Underdog', alt)
2. Smuggler has to slice the security terminal.
3. Medic slices the DNA terminal. (Alonstar, alt)
4. Commando slices the power gernerator terminal. (Osar, main)
5. Officer slices the command terminal for count down. (Loathed, alt, or Lexx)

They can only be sliced in that order. I only have experience in slicing 3 of them, 1, 3, and 4.
I spun up my ex's account (which is in my name) and can make her alt a smuggler. Was thinking spy, but not sure if I still want to.

Anyways operation clean sweep will be a bust if we don't do it right. I have done my fair share of slicing when SHC and SR ran the bb's, and I have done sf bases before. We have to becareful as an alert is sent to the bases owner and if the bases is sf, be prepared to fight.

And yeah, the alarm shows up on things like war pads for all to see. So fights can occur from this things.

Starting with the combatant bases shouldn't be a problem though.

LOL no, her name is Pourain, gonna change it though soon. Not sure what I want to change it too and I will make her a smuggler since we don't have one since Amodeus left us.

Combatant bases will be easy to kill, but that's not to stop them from trying to pick the bases back up.

But do keep in mind that the order I gave you is the order all slices have to be done in. If you try to skip a step the system will tell you, you can't do that until the previous step is done.

I know about the steps, but good to know Osar is a one man base slicing matador.

The alarms are an issue, but thats the key, just how many will show up? and if it is an inter-imperial guild squad, we should have enough resorces to repel any rebel defenses.

After all if AI/EE things is going to cause a casim, we might be better off to try something different to bring it all back together.

While it is possible that Rebels could repel an attack, I don't think it'd be a huge issue.

Odds are the owner won't be online when we attack the bases, and by the time Rebels realize the base is being sliced, it'd probably be too late for them to organize a good enough group to travel to our location and attack.

Of course it's always best to be prepared, so we should simply ensure we're buffed and equipped before doing these.

Well, here is my experience on that.

When SR or SCH was holding the bb's on Naboo, rebels stuck up alot of their SF bases on the planet to interfere with it. SR or SCH hired out an anonymous guild to clear them out, I was asked to participate in one of them on my medic. From the time we started until the rebels arrived, it was a matter of 5 mins. We had 12 total and they had 20. So yeah, it can happen if we don't watch out.
