An interview format?

I know that I asked Lexx for one, so he gave me some what of one to use. Personally I would like to form one here on the forums and post it here as a sticky in the Executive Lounge so that any new member of the council can use it as well as some of the older ones.

2 main reasons for this are:

1. Ensure we ask the same questions to everyone and that we ask ALL the questions we want answered.
2. We need to make sure we are not being over redundant in our questions in the interview as well as the application.

I know some times being redundant is a good thing, but some questions are just not worth repeating cause they are a straight out answer. Like "What time zone are you in?" should only be in the application format. I could be wrong here, but to me it makes some sense to have a guide line to keep out unwanted drama/trouble.

One last thing, it would make some of the interviews go a whole lot faster in my opinion.
