Well there's good news
The Devs have announced that a programmable Snowspeeder is being implemented as a purchasable item with Hoth tokens. It's not known how much it'll cost in tokens, but it apparently will allow the programming of up to 2 locations.
So we'll have to do some Hoth runs as a guild, and eventually each of our cities can have nicely put together hangars. We can sort of form a network, where each city is linked, and we can throw in some additional locations as well.
Unfortunately, they're Snowspeeders... Rebel tech, but it still gets the job done.
In Fort Oasis, I'm thinking of not using a Hangar, but maybe the AT-AT as a sort of travel location. Other possible locations include the mall basement, or some spaceport bunker we can put near the shuttleport.

Oooo... I havn't heard of the snowspeeders before. Funny they are not making a Imperial version though. Would have to include my little island in that network once I get a snowspeeder.

FWIW, I have a hangar that I'm ready to place in Fort Oasis when we can find a good spot for it.

I think we have a nice open spot, but it probably won't be able to go near the AT-AT and YT house.
There should be room though just north of the shuttleport. Later we can meet up and see where it can work.

I couldn't find the spot you were talking about by the shuttleport, but there is a spot directly west of the YT-1300 right on the "plaza" with the spire that it fits perfectly.
Unfortunately, in the process of placing and picking up (because it was backwards), I had set it as my residence and by removing it lost city citizenship AND militia/placement rights, so now I can't put it back.
