RID Events Survey PLEASE READ

lack of things to do obviously. For instance even if we do jeopardy, the people who don't play don't get in the fun. IMHO watching other people answer star wars trivia isn't fun. Not to get down on you guys who do like parties, but I get annoyed knowing there is something fun and productive that I can be doing.... such as killing rebels (the point of an imperial guild).

Parties with nothing happening are boring :lol:

Jeopardy parties are fun. But why choose one event? We still plan to be a PvP guild, standard attacks on Anchorhead aren't even too hard. I am sure we aren't *that* bad at combat where we can't slaughter a few Rebels.

the thing id like to see the most would be some scheduled pvp space dogfights. unfortunately we'd need more than just kurke and I to work on pilot..........

First, I'd like to mention that when I did the first Jeopardy, anyone in RID could have been a contestant. Second, everyone knows what Jeopardy is. I duplicated the TV experience as best I could. So, if you don't like watching the show, you knew better than to show up to the game. I also made it explicitly clear that if you wanted to chat amongst yourselves to do it in a private group or in guild chat. Instead, we have people with the attention span of a 2-year old shouting out answers in spatial and acting like immature little brats. This was what frustrated me the most (aside from assholes crawling on the floor).

On that note, when we have Jeopardy again, Lexx gets to play the bouncer and bounce the assholes out of the building. OK, i'm done venting. lol

Bah, who says there aren't those of us who don't work on pilot other than you? I just took a weekend off for Halo 2, and Xan is screwing around with his mall, but I'm progressing rather nicely now. Shouldn't be long before I reach Tier 3, so don't go mocking me.

thats my problem with it... if you arnt picked you have a few options:
1. watch other people answer SW questions and win themselves prizes
2. ignore jeopardy and chat with someone else for awhile
3. go afk until jeopardy is over
4. leave and do something productive .... like killing rebels (lol I must have a one track mind)

this is what happens when kurke and I need help on a mission:
kurke/fin: hey guys can someone help us on a mission?
guildie1: maybe what tier is it?
kurke/fin: tier4
guildie1: then no
guildie2: too buisy not doing jtl so im not advanced in pilot at all
kukre/fin: anyone?
guildie3:I don't own jtl
kurke/fin: ....
guildie4: hey guys can someone help me on my tier 2 lok mission?

i am also a pilot and progressing well, and lexx, attacking anchorhead isent the best thing these days, pretty dead there. but fort alliance has 2 bases and constant defenders looking for a good fight, and im also looking for a good fight. so fort alliance raids seem the best to me.

is it just me or is everyone who posts on the forums the go to parties-rping-don't like fighting type of player? lol where are my fellow soldiers!! :lol:

What am I supposed to do? let everyone participate in Jeopardy. Like I said before, you all know how the game works and if you know you are going to be bored at the event, don't come. Personally, I enjoy watching other people guess at the answers.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it all up. I don't even waste my time asking the guild for help on missions anymore. I just wait till Fing or Oraf gets on and I ask them for help.

Just want to say 3 things.

1. Im not going to participate personally in any more raids of Fort Alliance. Not to mention i say we stay away from it a little while longer and let the shame wash away from the last time we "tried" to raid it.

2. Something happened to my earlier post and ALOT of it got cut off or edited or something...any idea what happened to it?

3. Oraf, you are starting to get really annoying, i don't make jokes or talk about you constantly in a negative way like this. We may have our differences but deal with it, were are both squad leaders and need to set an example.

Oraf and Xanus, if you want to sling mud at each other, do it in PM's.

And I accidentally edited your post instead of quoting in Xanus. I posted in that thread abouyt it, but you must have missed it. I apologize. 1. We dont care about this shame as you call it. I dont care if you got some Rebel friends there, we can attack it if we want to. Dont come then if you dont feel like it *shrugs*. Sit back and pretend to be a Squad Captain or *BE* a Squad Captain rather than whining.
