Application Addition: "Are you playing the 14-day trial

Pretty straight forward, add the question, "Are you currently playing the SWG 14-day trial?" to the application.

With all these newbies joining, it seems silly to leave this question out. We guilded Aratak who was on the trial at the time. And we recently just had Veesko submit an application, who is himself CL25. I'm not sure if there is a CL cap for trial members nor what it is exactly.

Food for thought.
