RID Sixth Anniversary

Date: November 22nd 2009 (Sunday)
Time: 3 pm ET
Where: Fort Nar Shadda, Dantooine
Activities:
- Anniversary ball including a speech from Lexx
- Entertainment will be presented by: The Neutron Pixies and the Red Bobcatts
- Duelling tournament
- Security will be propulsed by: TK-162
- Pet race (Auren's idea) The race track is completed
- Lottery held by Lexx
I wanna make this event like you would like to see it. If you have any ideas to share, don't hesitate.

Tiered-bracket system. Unfortunately, because this is open to the public, that means this will have to be geared towards the CL90s that attend. If it were just RID, I'd make two tournaments, one CL80 plus, and another CL79 and below.
As for the lottery, isn't there a lottery droid? Or we could just use named dice on a vendor, Ticket #1, Ticket #2, etc.
