Jeapordy in Planning
Moderator:Lexx Yovel
yes thats right we're bringin it back. Star Wars Jeapordy. the last time we did this it as so much fun. we've set a tentative date of friday december 3rd but this may change. we have some new ideas on how to run this event. check in here for more info.
1. the 3 contestants will be determined by a raffle. we wil sell raffle tickets on a vendor for 1k a piece then pick 3 contestants to play the game.
3. we will have 6 NEW categories.
2. the prize money is upped! it will be at least 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k, 10k per question possibly more. we will be accepting donations for the prize money.
This event will be open to anyone but a strong turnout by RID is expected. We will be advertsing this event heavily on the SWG forums and in-game once a final date and time are set. It wouldnt be a bad idea to start stocking your vendors in the RID mall as hopefully this event will bring alot of people to our fine city. even if someone doeasnt buy from you that day seeing a mall full of stocked vendors will bring em back.

Hehe, good job for him, the bouncer doesn't have to count, hehe.
Seriously though, I'm going to do my best to get in on this. I think we should make the raffle tickets cost more though, and allow more than one to be bought... set a cap at three, or something and maybe make 'em cost 10k. That way we can rake in more cash to be given out as rewards. I think this is going to be quite fun!

Think about this though, who is really going to buy a ticket for 10k??? for many people in our guild, 10k is a whole heck of a lot. And out of curiosity, why should we limit how many tickets a person can purchase???
The way the ticketing would be setup is that we would load a vendor up with let's say 100 tickets or so and then set the price. Then someone could buy as many tickets as they want.
