Finally, this achievement is a big, fat /rude to our neighbors across the ravine whom are stuck at Rank 4. I'm not afraid of giving them a /rude, ever since they City-Banned Arev. They shouldn't have been holding BBs outside of Fort Keen. As soon as those bases popped I put down new SF Imperial ones.
