Ramd has been doing a lot for RID in terms of finding new recruits and writing up a new recruitment mail.
I'm thinking he may make a potential Councilman, but just wondering about your take on things.

I don't know him a lot. I'll try to talk with him a little more.
We should set up an interview with him to let him know our intentions.
