Battlefields

Ahasya, Arramen and I played some battlefields last night. They were pretty cool. Hopefully after they get this chat thing fixed we can get some guild groups going. I think this could be good to unite members. Any thoughts?

They are quite cool. To have a Battlefield night would be nice! and have a RID uniform too lol

I definitely find them pretty fun. The GCW payout is enough to put BB's to shame, and never before have I gotten over 1000 PvP kills in a single week.

I know lots of people think the new Imperial armor is ugly, but I'm currently saving up tokens to buy that.

Anyways, I agree. Once chat is back online, we should definitely get some groups going.

Sadly, the queueing system prevents entire groups from going in together a lot of the times. Typically it steals some members from our group and puts them with the people already in the instance.

Still, it is theoretically possible to go in as an entire group if everyone declines a battlefield invitation until everyone gets the pop-up window.

I agree! Normally I didn't really care for pvping, but I enjoy these. I think it is due to layout of the battlefields and having a even number of people on each side. I believe a battlefield night would be a great idea to bring the guild together once everything is back to normal.

Are there any guides out there for the battlefields? I find some rebels seem to always win and some imps always win. I have limited experience though. Base busts are now officially dead though, I agree.

Yep, that guide says it all.

One is like Capture the Flag, one is like King of the Hill, and the other two are basically destroy/capture as many bases as possible.

Personally, King of the Hill is my least favorite. It really comes down to being the first one to reach the base. Once it's captured, it's really hard for the other side to take it back.

Still I think the others are pretty good.
