I am trying to ascertain whether or not applications are going to continue. I have seen a few accepted to the guild without one, although one of them: Urkan seems to be nice enough and likes to participate in the guild, which is refreshing.

Good question. Lexx and I became more lenient on applications being posted on the forums prior to being interviewed and accepted, but we always required that they did it within a week or so. Personally I do not really care lol.

Yeah, I've been leaning towards more leniency. Basically no application = longer interview and an application = shorter interview.
