Hey Folks,

Moving along with the gamerhabitat.com system we are creating a new site (www.swghabitat.com) which I hope to launch in the next month or so. Basically think of a myspace/facebook just for SWG but with Guild Hosting. I'll be looking for moderators (reduced admin status) and testers. I am also incorporating phpBB3 into the site (it is already installed) however I have very little experience so could use moderators/admin for that as well. I'll post updates when they come :)

Current Known Bugs:

1) Guild Search Categories do not list correctly
* Subcategory doesn't list, probably a Java issue
2) IM Manager may not be working, need to test with someone
3) Crons may or may not be working correctly. Can someone please send me an e-card so I can test it? Thanks!

Fixed Bugs:

1) Graphics on Member Home Page did not show up
2) Some categories were showing up as "Stygia"
3) Menu colors on member home page were incorrect
4) Moderator logos were the wrong logo
5) eCard Categories were not matching files
6) Events did list real locations and not in-game locations
7) Sort By did List RL Location Distance
8 ) Links on welcome page did show up as black text
9) Main Welcome Page had old GH Info
10) Classified Tips did list old info
11) Forums got cut off, changed to new tab
12) IM Manager and Chat had default skins
13) Apps were not opening, had old link
14) Forums should now be working
15) You could not view profiles, fixed
16) Profiles had wrong links, fixed
17) Default template colors have been updated for all categories
18) Gamer Profile changed to SWG Profile
19) Terms of Use have been updated
20) SWG Profile is now the default profile
21) Editing classified ads had real demographic entries, fixed.

Notes:
1) If you signed up before your profile has been deleted (except Lexx). Sorry about that, but that's just the way it works unfortunately. I only recognized Lexx lol! Oh and yes, you can register now.
2) The actual website is www.swghabitat.com now and not www.gamerhabitat.com
3) If you have already created an account, you will see that the Gamer Profile has been replaced with SWG Profile and will need updated. Thanks!

I accidently moved one of Bovive's posts that should not have been moved. Here it is:

"lol true true. The transition is actually not near as bad as I expected. However, the real challenge comes when I change the domain. I just know there is going to be code that I placed www.gamerhabitat.com in instead of calling the specified site name, doh!"

No nonsense in stickied threads, that means you Waucod. They were stickied for a reason.

I no longer play SWG, but if you need a moderator or something that is mindlessly trolling boards at all hours, I'm your guy lol.

lol thanks for reposting Apium. And Mikal that would be great. If you guys can go sign up for the site at it's current form (www.gamerhabitat.com) and get a little familiar with the site I can then get you admin access. I'll have to get with you guys separately to get you access to the forum moderator. The system is supposed to be setup so that any newly registered user is automatically registered on the forums, even though it is run separately. The interface on the back end for moderating the site takes a little getting used to. As far as coding goes, right now I'll stick with editing that. We'll get together and work out what you want access to and how much moderation power you want/need :)

When I first signed up and clicked on the forums (even though they were borked for me), I was logged in and good to go, so it does look like it is automatic.

You sure? It doesn't show any registered users. I have fixed the problem with the display however. It now opens in a new window.

Replied to that one. Be sure you are using username login and not email. Also be sure to use www.swghabitat.com and now www.gamerhabitat.com ... should work

The site is now LIVE. RID has a profile on there, feel free to join or ask for an invite. Thanks to those that have already signed up and have taken on the daunting task of moderator. There are still a few bugs to fix, but nothing huge. A character roster which will allow you to select which guild to assign that toon to will be implemented as soon as I can figure out the stupid code :) If you sign up I will automatically be added as a friend, but check out RID's guild profile to add more friends!

I'm still gonna need to do some work on our page. Nice to see it's live, but yes, feel free to request membership to RID on the site :)
