Do we have any Shipwrights willing to craft a capped/near capped YE-4?

Having said that, with Erougn gone, we'll need a new RID Flagship. If I get this badboy outfitted soon (and regrind pilot again), I'd love to have this new, unnamed Gunship as our flagship.

Mikal made one that was capped. Then some guy gave me money and it went bye-bye. That's about it...+1!!!
