So is posting RID Chat taboo or something now? I saw two posts get locked in there that could have technically been allowed considering the description of the forum. I mean Lexx's name is the very core foundation of RID...

Oh no you can post in RID Chat. The basic problem that arrived there was that some posts were placed in categories that were not the "most" appropriate one. No worries though, they can always be moved to another category. We all post in the wrong one from time to time

Yea, RID Chat is basically the board to be used when none of the other SWG-related boards work for your thread. Kurke could have just moved the threads, but I think he was going through some kind of thread locking withdrawal.

and some of the thread probably were locked for other reasons as well. But yeah I've always thought of that and the GAT as kind of the same thing really.

I could have moved them, but by the time I would have, a few people were bickering so the threads got locked instead.

Withdrawal might have been a part of it too, but I'll never admit to it... lol

Waucod's kind of right though. I originally made the GAT a couple years ago because we didn't have the variety of forums, so the GAT thread was used strictly for off-topic banter. Most other RID conversation took place there. Someone made the suggestion at some point (early last year maybe?) to make a couple additional forums with the GAT getting its own forum as well.
