Yeah, I'm gonna put in a animation GIF in it, similar to how MEK has that transport GIF at the top of their page.
Anyways, I made some improvements to the site, if anyone wants to see them.
I also plan on having an "Arcade" page, which hosts a number of games from this one site I found. Unfortunately, I don't know of any site which lets you download arcade games directly into your web page in addition to a private scoreboard (all for free).

I set you up with a subdomain and web space at http://rid.gamerhabitat.com , I'll PM you the ftp info Lexx.
When i messed with webpages i used http://www.cooltext.com alot..Their buttons give you an option to make them do things when you move your mouse over them (and give you the code for the image transition thing if you dont know it)

Dang, I don't think I can. The black sides are probably always going to be there since they aren't technically a part of the editable portion of the site.
I'd make it a background image, but some of the windows have an excess of a black frame which shows up when overlaid onto a non-black background.
Yet the pages do lack a certain amount of depth, so I'm going to see if I can implement it, at least in a limited form.
