Weaponsmith needed

Hey guys, I have a couple Pre-NGE items I'm thinking about getting deconstructed and rebuilt. Can someone tell me if the Tenloss DXR-6B Rifle and the Scythe Blade are able to be deconstructed? And do we have anyone at the moment that can make high quality weapons from those schematics? I'm not as worried about the Tenloss, as it is one of Mikal's guns, and well, he is a trader hehe. The Scythe Blade however is being held for Flashlight once he gets high enough to use it. I would like to make that weapon as good as I can get it, and a socket on it would be nice as well hehe. Any info would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure about the deconstruction, but I'd recommend Abrahamm for high quality weapons made promptly and cheaply.
