If you head to the OFs, you'll find a Forum called "Star Wars Galaxies The Card Game".

The TCG can be rather intimidating. I got sort of the hang of it now but still have a lot to learn about it.

Like Arev said, I'd read the TCG forums, but I'd also take the in-game tutorials for the TCG.

It should still theoretically be possible to play the TCG if you just merely *had* an SWG account.

I would see my other post (I think in the debriefing forum?) to download the station launchpad. This way you may actually be able to play by merely downloading the TCG.
