As'tral sent me a /tell asking if RID was accepting any applications. I directed him to the forums and am having him fill out a application. I'll await further instruction before proceeding. I will sponsor him, however.

He decided to not come for an interview because his friend offered him a spot in SHC.

So I'll mark off his application now.
