How do I leave CorSec?

Whenever I talk to Sgt.Rhea it won't allow me to resign, am I stuck with CorSec?

If you mean the pilot faction, I'm pretty sure you talk to Gil or Bill or something like that in a Hotel in Bestine.

He's behind a counter.
