I have been busy IRL lately.. So this may be a bit late, but I do not understand whats going on with 'Andrew'(Then again ive been absent for a few days.) But he has always been a good member, may not be to active on the forums, or guild chat, ut if you need his help hes almost always willing to help. [Subject-C] is a cool guy, but hes always had a "tightass" side to him. This is a game we play it for fun, but it also needs to be taken a bit serious, and I am started to get annoyed with [Subject-C]'s constant moans and groans about other people in the guild, its not his place to constantly complain, us officers will handle that. He causes problems over and over about other members because he does not like the way they work, he believes that he himself is a great member, but all this complaining gets on my nerves(I am sure it gets on others' nerves aswell.) 'Andrew' only switches his faction, to help out his RL friends, and because they wanted to play in PvP 'with' him also a bit, he told me that he was not planning on being a rebel permanently, but I do not see what the problem is that he switched to rebel for about 10 days to be with his RL friends, afterall RL comes first in front of this game, and its noones place to tell him he can't be rebel or hes done with RID, because if thats the example we make, then thats pathetic, I don't see why we should do anything more with [Subject-C] issue with 'Andrew' because if we kick him to the curb for going to rebel for about 10 days to play with his RL buddies, then we would be a pretty pathetic guild. We do not want to stoop to the level of IMPHL, because IMO, they are complete tightasses, and take this way to serious. I play to have fun, and 'Andrew' can faction switch. And also to the part about him taking awhile to get ready for an instance. Maybe he has a terrible computer like me, who knows? Noone knows what he was doing, could of had to do somthing in RL, I usually take a bit of time to get ready because my computer has low ram, and pretty much sucks. But complaining to the guild leader, or officers about this is kind of low and rediculous and a waste of time for us. We don't need to be worrying about one guildies problems like this, especially since he is a good member to have in the guild and a cool guy. If [Subject-C] is tired of all of our 'Problem' guildies, he can up and quit, it will be less problems for us.

yeah but it is a bit contradicting the regalistic constitution, i believe this is why [Subject-C] is upset about people 'rejoining':

One who removes them self from our organization will most likely not be able to return once more. Removing oneself can be used as a weapon to create chaos in an organization, and those who wish to return to our organization will only be given one final and reluctant chance. If one removes them self twice, and then wishes to return once more, he/she will most likely not gain the ability to return to the Regal Imperial Defenders. However, if one was removed by the Regal Imperial Leadership, you may be invited back into our organization if seen fit by the Leader of the Regal Imperial Defenders, and the Leader only. If one wishes to remove them self temporarily, he/she must send a mail to the Leader, and the Leader only, that he/she wishes to go on-leave from the Regal Imperial Defenders for a temporary and legitimate reason. If the reason was legitimate, and the request was approved, he/she may return if seen fit by the Leader, and the Leader only. If one were to remove them self twice, both without legitimate reason, the only way to return is if brought to the Emergency Judgment Council for evaluation by the Leader and Council members. This would typically be an expedited trial, as indicated in Article Nine (9) of the Regal Constitution. This may not be true if an individual wishing to rejoin has a past history of desertion. In this case, an in depth courtroom trial is more probable, as indicated in Article Eleven (11) of the Regal Constitution.

11.) Member will rarely be re-accepted into our organization as a result of leaving for the duration of war (as in conflict between the Regal Imperial Defenders and one or more opposing organizations). Even if the member intended to leave only temporarily, leaving the organization during time of conflict will be seen as desertion. Desertion is an efficient way to demoralize our organization, giving a sense of chaos and disloyalty. This gives the opposing organization(s) an advantage when our own organization is forced to deal with internal strife. Members who do not wish to participate in conflicts must seek refuge, or request escort for the duration of the war. The only way for a deserter to rejoin the Regal Imperial Defenders is if brought to the Emergency Judgment Council. Due to the serious nature of situation, the trial may be an in depth courtroom trial rather than an expedited trial as indicated in Article Nine (9) Section One (1) of the Regal Constitution.
Apathy is Death.

Wow its not like we are in a guild war or somthing.. He just left to play with some RL friends, and he sent a nice lengthy mail explaining it first, and hes a good member, and was a rebel for like a day and came back to us.. Where is the problem? I just do not see what is wrong with his actions.

Well before I left for college he let me know he'd be leaving RID again to join his friends guild who needed help in a guildwar. He's left twice so I'm reluctant to allow him back in. If we do, it has to be done by me after a quick meeting between Commanders/Captains (unless someone let him back in already).

I know he means well and wants to help his friends but he needs to make a choice as to where he puts his priorities. I let him know before he left that there is no guarantee that he'd be allowed back into RID.
