these are the rewards you can choose from upon completion:
Bondara's Folly - Lightsaber Crystal (Yellow Color, Acid Element, 4% of the saber damage)
Kasha Bracelet - Stat mod: Bleed Absorption - 7, Minimum Level to Equip: 50
Luxum Bracelet - Stat mod: Poison Absorption - 7, Minimum Level to Equip: 50
Eralam Bracelet - Stat mod: Disease Absorption - 7, Minimum Level to Equip: 50
Damind Bracelet - Stat mod: Fire Absorption - 7, Minimum Level to Equip: 50
You just loot one to start the collection...
Now...to clarify the incorrect statement above...there are a total of 5 rewards for this. Each one named after one of the 5 shards you get as you complete the top level collection. (10 shards on top level, 5 tier 2 shard rows with 5 shards each...explaination to follow).

UNDERSTANDING HOW THE SHARD PROCESS WORKS
To get the full collection completed, you must collect all 3 Tiers!
Tier 1: Shattered Crystal Shards
-These are the shards you collect from the NPC's listed above. There are 10 of them in total with a pretty decent drop rate. As you finish all 10 of these shards, the reward is a random shard that when you "Add to Collection", it opens a second tier of Shards. Upon completion, you must refill the shards needed in Tier 1 to be able to claim another Tier 2 shard. You must complete Tier 1 at least 25 times to collect all of the Tier 2 shards.
Tier 2: Damind, Kasha, Bondar, Eralam, and Luxum Shards
-These are the reward shards that you are randomly given after each completion of the Tier 1 Shattered Shards. When you have completed each shard (5 total shards per Named shard), you are given a collections "crystal" that when you "Add to Collection", it will fill in the 5 Tier 3 Crystals for this collection.
Tier 3: Damind, Kasha, Bondar, Eralam, and Luxum Crystals
-These are the reward crystals that are given to you upon completing the Tier 2 named Shards collection. Upon completing this small collection, you will be rewarded with your choice of one of the above listed 5 items.
