Making life tough for the rebels (pvp idea)

I believe that the rebels should not be allowed access to the stims from our Weapons Research (Naboo Static Base), Tactical Training (Corellia Static Base), or Weapons Depot (Talus Static Base) Facilities.

Why?

Those stims make life much easier inside the training grounds (heroic encounters), if we continue to allow the rebels to have control of our facilities, we are making it that much easier for them to be more equipped-if not better equipped than us on the battlefield.

We must have a plan in place so we can defend these facilities better. If the rebels begin an assault on them, we should respond immediately in force to wipe them out and recover.

Perhaps the Intelligence Division can work with us on this (have some kind of alert system for when a base is being attacked and how long til next supply of stims come in)

This is kind of difficult, because the majority of RID does not spend any time on talus, naboo, or coriella. I live outside of Fort Oasis and if I'm not there crafting, I'm with Apium on one of the adventure worlds. The only time I go to Talus is for treasure maps and to flip the static base. Forming a group to attack a static base is pretty easy, but trying to defend one 24/7 without actually sitting in the base the entire time is difficult.

I mean definitely if someone is on talus and gets the "Rebels are attacking the Weapons Depot" message then they should say it in guild chat and some people will try to get there, but its not like we can force someone to pass that message on.

Idea here.
I only recently was clued into the imperial chat channel.
Maybe we can be a tiny bit more agressive and use that channel more often also and just say in imp chat every time we are checking bases what the status is. I don't think we should spam requests for help, but we could just say "talus weap depot under attack by rebels. I'm going to go there, anyone wanna come?"

or you can have an officer drop heal stims that are greater than d's

problem with that is that for that to work, you need to be grouped with the officer.
