No, I don't follow what they are talking about Waucod. But, I'm not a FF nut like they are. In fact, I tend to despise RPGs on consoles. I'm tempted to go snag Oblivion off of my friend to see how it is, but RPGs just usually aren't my thing.

I have to say FF XII has the best opening theme of all the FF games, a remake of the FF IV theme, love it

Ever played Super Smash Brothers... seen the character Ness? He's the main character in Earthbound. It was a super nintendo RPG, and one my favourite games of all time.

yes and no, I saw zelda though if that counts.

EDIT: I looked it up and wtf? You fight crazed hippies with yo-yos, I play RPGs to get away from life and I can fight crazed hippies with yo-yos in my current life.

rofl Earthbound was awesome, though I didn't like how you couldn't actually see your characters attack during battles, that's the only thing I didn't like about that game. Prince Poo ftw!

I rented FF XII yesterday, I'm about 3 whole hours into the game so far, running around that big city with the confusing name (ranabakar or whatever). So far I'm liking the combat system.. at first I didn't reallly feel like I was playing an FF game but once I got into the combat I noticed similarities so it's good.

the combat system is definatly different, but its good in its own ways. I'm enjoying the customization options, all of your characters can been equally good with each weapon. In the other games, the mage could never be good with a sword, or wear heavy armor. Now I've got a bow wielding magick using bunny.
