The 24th, in that case I should most likely make it depending on the time and day of week.

I am going to get with Jod and see what time is good... What time would you suggest? From what I remember when we did have a Conference on Sunday we had it about 7-8 PM EST...

The reason for the date change is Jason just got back in the office from a week away at AGC and bogged down in stuff... So we needed to change the date. Gives us more time to pull this off too and not rush it.

Are there any Master Armorsmiths in RID? I need one to help with the Conference awards.

Also, Lexx Jod needs ST for secruity and to escort Veers in.

Imperial Conference Outline

Call to Order at 8 PM officially opening the Conference and welcoming all the Delegates.
Give a short speech on Unity
8:15 Introduce Deft, leader of END who will give a short speech
8:25 Gather the Troopers and Welcome Delegation for General Veers
8:30 Introduce General Veers
9:00 After Veers leaves call conference back to order

Items needing to cover:
Brining back the Network.
Getting a website up
Open Floor for ideas and comments on how to accomplish this
Proposal on Planetary Control instilling Imperial Government per planet
Upcoming events: Issele
Officially Close the Conference

Time limit on conference should be no more then 2 hours

Party afterwards at Flame Hold Cantina

Apium, I noticed your post on SS about the lack of Imperials fighting and having issues getting Imps together for raids. With Bases being activated in Chapter 3, would you be willing to speak about this after the Veers? Maybe have some outlines or days picked that we all gather. They should be motivated after he leaves. Would you be willing to address the Conference on this issue?

We can get some RID Stormtroopers. I know Erougn has a ST suit... I'll see who else has some.

And the return of bases is great! Finally it will feel like the old times.

don't, I have two suits that were donated to the guild, along with heaps of other imperial equipment. I just haven't got up with lexx for him to tell me where to drop it all.
