Player Bounty System

Read this and learn this. Not only is it quite interesting, but if you PVP at all, you WILL be gaining "bounty points" and can have a Bounty opened on you by the game system, even if no player bothers to place a Bounty on you.

This sounds like fun! It's about time the BHs got some lovin from the Devs. Only part i'm not clear on is:

Once the PvP combat encounter begins, players that are factionally opposed to the Bounty Hunter can assist the target in killing the Bounty Hunter and visa versa; players that are factionally opposed to the target can help the Bounty Hunter kill their target.

Does this mean other players who are combatant?, sf?, on leave?, in a group with the BH? or what??
