IMPORTANT: War Information

Greetings RID,

First, I would like to thank all the members who did research in finding potential guilds to go to war with. There are some great candidates to go to war against in the near future, perhaps in early November.

However, much time has passed, and I don't want to keep the guild waiting too long for a war, especially since we have Operation Sandstorm and our Anniversary to focus on afterwards.

Therefore, it's pretty much figured that we will wage war against ChotW. We chose this candidate because we have the most information on them, opposed to the other war candidates. Arev and Kioet' also already contacted them, and worked out war details. This makes it easy for us to go to war against them rather quickly.

So far, this is the planned set of guidelines for the war. It's possible the war may be pushed to next Friday, but if we can, we'll start on the 17th as planned. If anyone has concerns or suggestions, please bring them up. Also feel free to list potential guilds for other upcoming guild wars, since afterall, this won't be our only enemy:

Date:
October 17 1700 EST - October 24 1700 EST

Level Restrictions:
If they are gray conning they are off limits. May Defend yourself if attacked by a foolish gray.

RP-Cities and RP-City Rule:
In the following cities, combat may commence but must be for a role-playing reason; no 'red equals dead' , and no 'Oh, it's a [Wookiee|Imperial] kill it!' Must have In-character provocation.

Farpoint Valley, Tat
Red Sands, Lok,
Riva Dorata, Corellia
Black Sands, Tat
Mos Eisley, Tat

Safe Havens: NO Attacking here under any condition
Wookiee -Wroshyr Village, Rori
Imperial - Fort Keen, Talus

Non-combatants (those not wishing to participate in the war):
Wookiee - White Sage Robes
Imperial - Black Flight suit <- is this the TIE flight suit or the new reward one from TCG?

The above guidelines allow for the exclusion of non-fighters from the war, whilst allowing for a free-for-all type of combat. There are only 2 safe zone cities, and 5 RP-included cities. Many of the cities are not even that frequently fared, so if you're not an RP'er type, those cities can be easily avoided. Excluded from this are Mos Eisley, which will be closely monitored. Due to lag and the current Halloween event, it'd probably be difficult to fight there anyways. In all though, this allows the guild to fight against them both in a full-out combat or RP-method to satisfy our all our membership styles.

So..I do NOT have to RP during this war unless in an RP city?

And black flight suits..Thats it..flight suits that are black.

Correct, only those cities require RP, otherwise red = dead quite simply.

There's some confusion with what flight suits we're to wear. Basically, any TIE fighter jumpsuit is fine, whether it be the ordinary one, or the one that came with TCG.
