What gear does everybody need as far as heroic jewelry, 3/35s, weapons?

what attributes/exotics do you stack?

i'd like this information so i know what to look for deals on.

I have my RIS armor modded, but I am now looking to strip the mods of and get it replaced with all 35's.. I want to pay around 3.5-4mill for each set of 3. And I want to get luck agility and strength for the regs, and exotics dodge, block, and crit =D This is for my officer of course, don't know about jewelry yet because we always need my darn medic for heroics >_> but i only need 2 more pieces with the medic..

Ill have to get back to you on that.... Lol I think its Battle, whicever is where kin and eng are the same..
