R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

So, Restuss is not yet upon us as I thought when the patches came in. But, there is GREAT and frequent PvP in the area. Just earlier today, I set up a HUGE minefield about 100m behind the Rebel base, hopped on my Jetpack and went to pick a fight. I had 6 on my tail when I finally reached the field of death I set. The Rebels came at me with everything they had, but as soon as they stepped into my circle of destruction, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM...4 down, 2 BADLY wounded, I threw my glop grenade at one, so no more running for you, and quickly dispatched him. As for the last...damn you T'omo, why you always gotta FS out and call down your transport

Anyway, point being, it was just little ole' me against an almost full group of rebels, if you play your toon right, YOU PICK the battlefield and have the proper equipment, you do not need to be "UBER" to have a good time with PvP. I'd really like to see more R.I.D. get into the action and once again make us a force to be reckoned with.

I'm usually ALWAYS logged in so, if you wanna PvP or just need some tips and or tactics send me a /tell.

Proves strategy (and a lot of expensive equipment ) will always prevail in the field.

I'd highly encourage RID to come in full force in Restuss. We have a RID city set up, and there is PvP and PvE (including missions which consist of space combat, mining, and crafting), so we could use anyone.

Plus it helps to show off RID's numbers all at once

Of course recruiting helps as well, and the more people interested in Restuss the better.

Actually my equipment wasn't expensive, The Void I use I looted, only took 4 tries, the DLC I bought for 75k, the Nym's well, quest reward and the mines are only 265FP per 5

The only equipment that cost me a good bit was my armor which only set me back 4 million.

heh, im always out there, but the tefs are starting to piss me off cuz I cant heal when I clone.

Amaroo, what class are you PVPing with now?

anyone tried to do the same thing but instead of minefields with a bunch of cloaked spies? that would be cool. ive always wanted to try to set this up but its hard to get people to listen.
