R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

In the heart of Tatooine, a young Bothan was born. His parents named him Rakuda, japanese for camel. He was raised as a neutral sorta of person, but after a group of rebels killed his family, that is what Rakuda decided to take revenge.
*Flash of light*
So he decided to join RID. He also took to the blade, a swordsmen. He has vowed to slay any rebel he encounters. Even though he is in his early-20s, Rakuda is very child-like, haven been truamatized as a child.
