This is a spreadsheet that I made for resource caps that analyze resources. I found another host for it, just skip all the stinking questions it asks you.

It's worth a look Bo, you can plug in the stats of your resources and it will tell you whether it will cap each stat. I like it, but I made it so I can't really critique it. It would be great to get another couple eyes on it to see how I can improve it.
