The Regal Imperial Defenders Army Division is led by Commander Amaroo Darklight and Captain Barney Beachseeker.
The Army includes all ground combat classes and levels, and is comprised of both PVE and PVP preferred play-styles.
The Army is based on a spirit of helpfulness, teamwork, and cooperation.
Our Two Army Units and their specific responsibilities within RID are as follows:
===ARMY COMBATANTS (A CO) UNIT===
- -makes up groups for heroics, and high-end instance quests
-helps fill in groups for equipment need gathering for guild members, I.E. Special targetted weapon looting like Sher Kar Malevolent Weapons, the Jinsu, the GLC.
-offers assistance in quest completions for lower CL levels trying to get quests xp.
-offers hunting sprees to collect targetted animal resources to assist the Commercial Division on an as-needed basis.
-works in groups to assist each other in collections
-may assist the ASF for base blowing
-may assist with pvp calls for assistance but not required
===ARMY SPECIAL FORCES (A SF) UNIT===
- -the elite pvp-dedicated members of RID
-has all duties of the ACO PLUS:
-required to be on-call for pvp assistance when asked for
-clears/slices/blows vulnerable rebel bases as information to their locations are provided by Intel Division
-holds regular SF patrols of specific targetted cities to kill Rebel NPC's and 'take over" the cities.
Our current regularly scheduled Army events are:
***Weekdays: 6-7pm EST Heroic Instances 1-2 completed as time permits
***Thursdays, 10pEST Kashyyyk Night (high end boss and quest completions)
***Fridays, 10pEST Mustafar Night (high end boss and quest completions)
***Weekends: Full Heroic Instance Blocks hitting all 5
***Secure Open Schedules: SF Base Surgical Strikes Teams, Restuss Rebuke-- GCW repeatable missions and pvp, Weapons Depot Take-Overs, Police Patrols-- SF NPC city patrols to remove terrorist factions.
More regular events will be scheduled as we find leaders for those groups and reliably regular particpants.
===REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN===
- ---active players
---attend a minimum amount of 2-3 Army events per month
---volunteer time helping lower levels complete quests
---follow RID looting policies of need over greed
---show tolerance for other play-styles and personalities
