Apologies and a solution

Last night was the final straw.
As several of you know, I got yet another DSL boot during the PvP space event. It took me almost 4 hours before I was able to connect again and then I was almost instantly booted again. Over the last several months any time I've tried to commit to something I've had this happen at the worst time. So I'm putting an end to it once and for all.
I apologize for leaving you guys, and apologize to Wivof for not making that HK run.
I called Verizon in a rage and told them what to do with their service. Tomorrow (Monday), I have an 8 MB downstream cable line being installed. This should put an end to this nonsense.
I really feel bad about this, and it's not the first time. So you have my word that the problem has been taken care of and it won't happen again.
I will be online tonight, but I won't be doing anything that will be messed up with me getting kicked since this is the last night with this crap connect.
