Anti-RID Propaganda

That was a video produced by Lestat of TRGA... Lestat is a TRGA I hate the most, and it seriously fuels my hatred for them the way he posted this egotistical video on the Starsider forums.

Fortunately, he edited his post, and got rid of the video (I'd assume Xaneth told him to remove it). The majority of TRGA are great members, but Lestat frusterates me. I also HATE -DS-, they are a disgrace to the Empire.

From this point on, we'll need to post our own propaganda... so much that people will see *our* acomplishments.

We need to show the galaxy *RID* is the greatest Imperial organization. While OC, IMPHL, and other small and weak splinter guilds fight other IMPERIALS, we are here fighting Rebels, and we are being looked down upon.

From this point on, I am posting 2 times a week on the Starsider forums, videos, pictures, and stories of RID's acomplishements. Also (to avoid being flamed), I'll make them RP stories (which basically gives us a flameretardant immunity). *I* will make the stories, and submit them to different RID's to post on the SS Forums. This way it will seem like I'm not the only one making these stories. I also need to make the stories, because I need to find a way to make RID look great, without coming off as bragging.

We will continue our weekly celebrations in Fort Oasis on Fridays, and go to Mos Eisley everyday if we have to, to kill these terrorists.

I thought Lestat was in Reign, unless his SWG forum sig is outdated. I found it funny that he admitted to using a heal bug twice.

Just an FYI Lexx, OC doesn't fight other Imperials. IMPHL offered the guild war against us. We let it stand for 1 week, while getting harassed in game by IMPHL members for not accepting. Finally we got fed up, and accepted. We stood up to IMPHL and they have stopped harassing us, for the most part. But it seems they have gone on to harassing other Imperial guilds, including RID. We at OC have the upmost respect for you and RID, and will back you 100% if needed.

Actually I like almost everyone I have met in OC. But sultry should stop sending tells to other rebs about how stupid we are being while we fight.

Interesting. If I recall, what was told to us via "friends of friends" in the respective PAs, was the opposite of what you just posted above.

Never could figure out why on almost every server, the Imps are underpopulated, will vehemently refuse to merge guilds even if there are like 2 people left, they stick to their tinyass little cliques and just can't get along with each other.

But I guess that really should go into Issele's State of Imp PA rant thread. :lol:

Yes, IMPHL has been harrassing us, but I hopefully got it all cleared up... in either case I lost a LOT of respect for IMPHL for what they did yeterday, but I dont want war with them.

He flipped Rebel apparantly. At least I think he used to be Imp. I don't know him, don't follow his life, don't care.

The bug he refers to is not exploit. Its a detrimental bug that gets you killed sometimes because the heal event fires but fails to actually heal you. So you get left with the cooldown on the heal and no hitpoints added to your bar. It seems to happen a lot, various opinions as to why and how to avoid it.

I lost alot of respect for IMPHL after they griefed us for that whole week. I informed The Core of there behavior, but thought it got cleared up. But now looks like they're taking aim toward RID, MEK and Sith'. Also, apparently they were seen cheering on TRGA during PVP last night. IMPHL is on a PVP strike for a week, so they stood on the sidelines and cheered for the rebels.

But, i'm sick of this IMPHL drama. Seems they feed off of the attention. I will not address them on the SOE forums, or converse with them while they do this griefing of Imperial guilds. Maybe that is the best route.

Well if its because of the reason that you mentioned over /gu last night, then yea... you really should avoid saying things like that. If IMPHL, OC, VC or hmm heh dunno the other Imps, but if they went around saying they were THE Imperial guild, then I'd imagine RID would be feeling insulted. Correct?

Imperial PAs need to get along, and try to work as a team. PAs in this game just cannot operate like a regular gaming guild in some other MMO, "all for one and none for the rest of the noobs", and slide by on sheer numbers alone.

Rebels can get by with it easier, because they are numerous. It still hurts them, which is why Imps that cooperate can walk over Rebels at will. But Imperials just can't do that and survive.

You can have pride as an individual PA, but pride in the Imperial Team must come first or we get our asses walked on. The old "United we stand, divided we fall." paradigm definitely applies to the Imperial community.

Anyway if this was my PA, I would work to promote RID as an Imperial PA trying to unify the Imperial community, rather than publically proclaiming that RID was the "BEST" Imperial PA... Its a matter of positive image projection to outreach to the other Imperials. And trust me... people will flock to that kind of positive projection, and its the good people that will be interested, not the noobs and griefers.

heh sorry, Issele's not the only one that can get on a rant roll about a splintered Imperial community. :lol:

When I typed RID was THE Imperial guild it wasn't my intention to make other guilds feel weak. It could of meant RID was THE Imperial guild for brewing jawa beer.

It was a mistake on my part, but IMPHL had no excuse to harass RID in-game, especially since it wasn't even directed to any guild in particular. They could have expressed their concerns privately.. fortunately that's what we did, and IMPHL didn't bother RID later that evening.

I hope to mend any further issues, however.

What has IMPHL's leader said? He's been very quiet thru all of this. It seems Bumpn is leading the IMPHL charge now.
