This sticky I found on the swtor forums is all about how to gear up your lvl 50 once you hit that magic number. Its all about where to find the dailies, which heroics have what kind of gear, that sort of thing. Its all about what to do so that you can make that eventual progress towards Ops

Also found this, which shows how to get to all of the flashpoints (at least what planet they are on) and some of the basic info about each.
