Instance Runner Thread

A new thread was started at SSG, at my request, for instance runners. Instance Group Leaders, please add some of these folks to your friends list.

NOTE: Most of these are probably Rebel.

Why's it matter if they're rebel?

Because you run into the issue of making sure, and triple-checking, that everyone is On Leave. I've had many experiences where you get that one guy, that no matter how many times you say, "Is everyone On Leave?", he manages to still be Combatant.

Honestly, when I organize my runs, I try to only select from Neutrals or Imperials.

It takes two seconds to check yourself then tell them personally.

I don't know, I don't think being rebel is a big deal.
