R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

I want to start by thanking Bizob for bringing half of the Imperial Network to come to this celebration, and all the RID's who decided to come to this event. A large ammount of people came to this event.

For this event, I set up a lotto droid, race droid, Imperial shuttle, an Imperial flag, and an NPC Actor that shouts out, "Long live Fort Oasis!!!," when you converse with him. A little farther into the celebration, I placed a juke box in the cantina. Over all, a lot of people were impressed.

I was late, but I was proud to see the event already in progress with dueling, and entertainers there in the cantina. It was then that I placed down all the event perks.

The lottery lasted for 1 hour, and the winner, Xanus, got around 36k from the tickets. Not a lot, but somthing. As for the race droid, the race took you around from Fort Oasis to a long drive to a Jedi Shrine up north. After the shrine, you would swing south to the Imperial Oasis, and continue south to the Jawa fortress. Afterwards, you'd swing back north over a series of tall mountains untill you made the final plunge to the finish line back in Fort Oasis.

The person who got the best time by 9:45 would get 100k credits. The person who got the best time was Phow-Jin.

dammit, phow beat me, xanus won, NOT FAIR. but ok, it was REALLY really fun. i logged cuz u had to go to my firends but ayamee said that there was a follow up party at some guys house and another in space, so thats pretty cool.

glad to hear the party went so great. sorry i couldnt make it but work was crazy the last week or so. looks like it was one heck of an event. grats again to Lexx and all the citizens of Fort Oasis.
