JTL Release Events

Hey everyone!!!
With JTL being released this week, we are going to try to plan some JTL release events. So far we have a few ideas on the drawing board for the weekend.
The first idea is having a dueling tournament using nothing but our noob starfighters. This would make for a nice and even playing field. I was thinking of using of having everyone who wants to participate to notify me and then I will do a random drawing to pair off everyone for duels. The winner of duel A takes on the winner of duel B and so forth until we end up with one guild winner.
The second idea is to decorate a few of the Veteran Luxory Yachts and have some parties on these big party barges. If memory serves correct, you can get eight (8) people on one POB ship. So, if we have a high turnout, we will just have a few different ships or just have the yacht fly around for a bit, head back to the planet and pick up a new load of peeps. It ain't combat, but it is a good way for RID members to get to know one another.
The third idea is to just form a big flight group and head to some of the more dangerous sectors and have some fun blowing up things. If nothing else, it is some easy and fun xp to help you up your pilot skill tree. Of course, in order to do this we will all need a ship crafted by a shipwright because the noob ships don't have hyperdrives.
Let me know what you think of these ideas and I will set up some times for the weekend. If you have any suggestions for an event, please let me know in this thread or ingame. The more suggestions, the better.
