Empire Day Grand Imperial Ball

Date: July 8th, 2005 Friday ( could not get Sat due to low staff day)

Time: 7: 00 PM (EST)

To Do List: ( could use help getting this all done by Thursday )

1. Confirm Speakers and set times OOC: If you want to speak at the event please see me so that we may schedule you in

A. Confirmed: Avalucia

2. Need a Master Chef to craft a crate of brandy with the name: Empire Day Celebration

3. Need Music and hostesses

4. Fire Works and a person to set them off

5. Help getting palace finished: Need decorators

6. Invitations sent out

7. Beg grutch if he will post some of his Unit as well as meet with me on secruity

OOC: Please add other PA's and players Not in a PA But loyal to the Empire ( would like to keep list at 50... the 50 does not include speakers, guards... ect

OOC: Event is a NON-PVP event. This is a formal Imperial Ball to celebrate Empire Day. I will be on each day next week and at the event to coordinate. Please keep any information you may be told private. This is for you all and those you would like to come. I will post a ooc request 2 days before on the forums requesting that players respect the event and for a few hours stay out of the area unless invited

The event will also be in Thalnax, Naboo. Not sure where exactly in the city, but you can just follow the crowds to wherever it is.
