Lexx- it's Tuco/foolmik/pieper
Anyone else- oooold time MEK member, ooooold friend of RID from many battles way back in the day.

OK, so that declaration of war this past weekend was an accident stemming from the Street Fights.

But...

MEK did wind up setting up a seperate guild for the Street Fights event- MEKL. No more than 8 or so people, some of our warriors. No jedis.
Headed by me.

And we still want some action!

Sooo... I'm gonna go hit that guild terminal this evening and put RID on it.

Question is... will me and my crew get a fight?

Any rules you fellas want (within reason), we'll follow. Since we are using an all-pvp secondary guild... we don't have any rule requests. Anything goes.

We turn off the war when people get bored with it.

Again, to note- this would NOT be a war with ALL OF MEK, just a select few MEKers who want to continue some PvP action.

RID will be on MEKL's war terminal... you'all do whatever you want in return!

Lol... maybe never mind- not sure about the status of MEKL.

State of Constant War?

What would RID say to a state of constant war, keep it civil, don't grief, we would set up rules, but generally we would fight each other when we crossed each other?

I am not interested in fighting you.

Leave me alone.

That is all.

Funny... RID seemed to have plenty of interest when RID people were camping MEKers at the Theed cloner...

I said /I/ was not interested.

I am combat level 5. I have not been involved in PvP in any way except when a Mek in RIS killed me at the Fort Oasis shuttleport.

Sling your mud elsewhere.

/ducks to avoid a hearty chunk of mud

Point is the mess up over the weekend created alot of bent up steam, lets put something like this together to blow it off, and have some fun at the same time.

I am up for it but i also realize that several members of RID arent combat oriented or dont prefer PvP. Maybe we could work something out like if ppl have the lfg sign above there name then they arent participating or something like that. The only problem with that though is that some ppl might turn it on/off as they please. Another idea is only ppl lvl 60 or over can particapate. That way noobs wont get ganked but non lvl 80's can also enjoy it. Those r just some idea's but i think u should wait on what lexx has to say about this.

I'm up to giving this another chance. Just as long as it's done like before with a controlled war zone and rules. Of course we wont be forcing people like crafters into it, which were unfortunately some of the people who were caught in the cross fire. Unfortunately, even our decent PvP'ers are upset at the mishap. Kuiloo informed me of a situation in the villiage on Dathomir where he informed a MEK not to be attacked. Although Kuiloo got DB'ed, and when somone rezzed him, he was killed again. I believe it was somones name who started with drac or somthing who was involved. But it's not like RID's were doing the right thing either (such as clone camping)...

Better yet, why dont we first participate in the SF battles Sunday. Theres info on the Starsider forums (posted by Vesicant or somthing), and supposedly all Imperial and Rebel guilds are going to take part in it.

Oooh, and Ghetto brings up a fantastic point. LFG sign means dont attack.

Ok im going to clear up that clone camping thing, We never actually went into the cloning facility we stayed outside of it because it was a designated neutral zone. I do admit we killed them after they left the facility and I guess that could be classified as clone camping. However after a while we let them go.

killed 14 times trying to leave the cloner, ya, I'd call that camping to. what about vulnerablitiyty times for home cities? certain days they can be attacked, some they can not?

Lets put it this way, we couldve done worse at least we didn't kill you IN the cloner, I know a few of our members who were. But I do not care, attrocities were committed on both sides. Lets just move on its not like we were killed forever.

think of it as a rivalry for each guild to harness, if home cities are off limits, thats fine with me. It would be a war game of a wide perspective, but still be war games, with a story line, and me and Lexx would set up RP events, like negotiations wich go afoul and turns into an onslaught in Theed Palace, ect. but also regular day to day skermishes in the npc cities. Could be lots of fun.
