Testing Guest Permissions

Hey all!
This is Lexx Yovel, but I am not logged in. I am testing guest settings again.
Currently, even non-registered people can post on this particular forum (RID Discussion only). However, they have limited abilities (IE: Cannot post smilies, flash, create polls, etc, etc).
This is a step towards making forums more accesable to new members, particularly new applicants.
However, if problems ever arise, I will remove this ability.

Lexx. You are crazy. Don't do anything rash.. It will be okay. We will get a nice comfy bed in a white room with comfy cushions all over the room! Like a giant playpin!(Althought you will be strapped to a bed, hope that isn't a problem) But it's all because we love you, Lexx. We just care, and right now we feel like you are harmful to yourself and others. Have a good night =)
