What are the current specs for SWG?

do you mean like computer specs? They haven't really increased any. One can run it comfortably with 1 gb of ram, any dual core processor above 2.1 GHz, and any 6000 series or higher Nvidia card (this can actually be lower. I ran it find on a 5200, my only problem was I fryed my video card in an overcloaking related accident so it had some additional problems).

A little off topic, but I just learned the limit on ram is 1.5 gb for systems with 2 or more gbs of ram. (its 750mb for systems under 2 gb of ram.) That means that SWG will only use up to that amount of ram. I'm mentioning this becuse people seem to keep suggesting "add more ram" well there isn't much point. I have 4 gbs of ram and it runs like any 2 gb system. (I really wish I could have dropped some ram for more graphics memory).

No thats what I wanted to hear, back when I played you could run comfortably with 512 mb of RAM and I only required 256. And I only had 256. So do you think it would work with 512mb of RAM?

Yea nothing has changed. I don't THINK there have been any upgrades to graphics or particle effects or anything that would change system performance.

SWG's RECOMMENDED ram requirement is 1gig, as in you won't be able to do much PvPing with under that, but you can RUN the game on 512 or so, you just won't run as well.

lol i pvp fine, on 300ping, i dont get much lag a few spurts here and there,
