R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

People are going from level 70 to 90 from the patch.
People grinding are getting set back levels instead of gaining.
People are not getting any of their rewards for levels.

Did I say WEEEEEEEEEEEE yet?

yeah, I went from lvl 15 to lvl 25 today, just grinded up to lvl 26 where I should be able to craft the new camps, along with the first set of furniture and ship parts, yet I have none of the schematics I would get from lvls 18, 22, or 26.

Is it safe to come back to the game? Or will I attack banking terminals if I click on them?

The banking terminals should be safe from you. I'm sure all this will get sorted out in the next couple days, so come back to the game! It needs all the players it can get.

Fortunately I was not greatly affected. My alt increased by like 1 level. Cant say the same for everyone. Although Erougn went from CL 85 to CL 90, and he isn't the only one.

You know, you'd think after almost four years that SOE would have a functional game...

I was just thinking about how much I missed this game, but then there's moments like this to remind me why I left...

I checked, my alt went from 54 to 59. This is the most interesting bug SOE has ever had.

I keep crashing after 5 minutes or so, not sure what's wrong. I'll probably run some error checks when i get home.

no fair i did'nt increase any levels at all .

hrm, the swg forums aren't working for me for some reason, so that link doesn't work... anyone care to paraphrase?

Basically:

There is a problem, we are trying to fix it, the patch is on the Test Center now.

TH said it was just an appearance problem, that people dont actually have those levels. Hence not getting rewards or skills

I got the skills associated with my level

ya im scard to level up at the moment incase it goes mad when i gain a lvl , i might try it a bit do a few quests etc but it will probley go nuts for me.
