The composite change has been gone since the CU. Also, I'll be able to take the Europa city easily once the current election lock week is over, nobody even voted last time and its a Township atm.

No it paints FACTION armor not regular armor.

Actually its next publish with the trader revamp. Wow I can't believe the trader revamp is so close. I was thinking we still had a year on it.
